As many elements of the shopping experience have changed, FAO is facing unprecedented pressures to keep up with the ever-changing coronavirus landscape. Effective immediately, our check out and return policy has changed, to the following:
•Check outs are no longer allowed for client approval.
•All merchandise must be purchased. Returns will be allowed.
•Returns on any non-custom item must be made within 14 days.
Upon return, FAO will immediately issue a refund. However, credit card refund times vary. You are responsible for checking in with your credit card provider for the return time.
•Returns made after 14 days and up to 30 days, will be issued a store credit.
•Merchandise cannot be returned after 30 days.
•All Custom orders will only be put into production with a 50% deposit and are nonrefundable.
We encourage you to get with your Sales Representative and discuss how to best serve you and your clients.
